I never remember my dreams.

That is where the class starts. Recall comes before symbols, and symbols come before lucidity. Richard’s point is direct: if the dream is forgotten, the message is missed. The techniques are for remembering regularly.

What will I actually study?

What dreams are and why we dream. Lucid dreaming. Symbols. How to induce a lucid dream. The dream landscape. Interpretation. Archetypes. Nightmares. Earth, wind, fire, and water. The chakras. The pineal gland. Reality checks. A dream journal. Four meditations: Dream Foundations, Clearing the Chakras, Activating the Pineal Gland, and Creating Triggers.

Do I need the book?

No. The book is a companion that reinforces the class, and it also stands alone as a reference to keep by the bed. Dream Secrets on Amazon.
